Does the repair diagnosis count toward labor?
Yes. The $49 diagnostic charge is credited toward approved repair labor.
Are parts, hosting, and software included?
Not unless a package says so. Third-party costs are shown separately so you can see exactly what is service and what is an outside expense.
What does the workmanship warranty cover?
Completed repair, installation, and assembly labor is covered for 30 days. Parts retain their manufacturer warranties.
