Can Benchmark use parts you already own?

Yes. We will check their condition and compatibility first, then quote the appropriate assembly or upgrade service.

Are parts purchased through Benchmark?

The parts plan lists each component and its cost. Purchasing arrangements are confirmed before anything is ordered, and hardware costs remain separate from labor.

What happens if a new part is defective?

We will help identify the failed part. Replacement or return coverage comes from the retailer or manufacturer; assembly workmanship is covered by Benchmark for 30 days.
